The selected individual will be tasked with the home's overall upkeep and maintenance, including landscaping, both interior and exterior cleaning, and providing support in troubleshooting household systems. We are looking for candidates who possess a broad set of skills across various trades such as construction, plumbing, AV | IT, and more. If you notice a loose door handle, the expectation is to attempt to repair it independently or procure the necessary part from the store or vendor.  We need someone proactive and solution-oriented to step into this role. Applicants must have a comprehensive understanding of household systems, covering both inside and outside the home. A flexible, team-oriented mindset is essential, embodying the principle that no job is too large or too small. We’ve known our client’s DoP for many years; he is professional, kind, and thoughtful; this will be a fantastic opportunity for the person selected for the role.   The target candidate for this role will be willing to pitch in anywhere to help the team achieve the goal of simplifying the lives of the principals. No job too small! The driving component represents roughly 50% of the role. After one year, the hired candidate will transition into a more property-focused position, with much less driving required.   We should note: the ideal candidate is more of hands-on, systems oriented Property Assistant who is willing to engage in driving duties within the first year of employment.
