Domestic | Match has an immediate need for an Office Assistant in our San Carlos office. We are looking for someone who is intelligent and friendly, and who has very strong communication skills. Current or previous experience in Recruiting, Staffing, Human Resources OR in a Private Service setting desired, but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English
- Strong grammar and composition skills
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative environment
- Friendly and good with people, in person, and over the phone
- Fluent with MS Office including Excel, Word
- Proactively seeks additional responsibilities
- Creatively thinks through challenges
- Very strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize as needed
- Professional and polished presence, maturity and dependability
- Must possess a high level of professionalism and use discretion at all times
- Schedule and coordinate both initial phone screens and on-site interviews with candidates
- Greet our visitors as they enter the office
- Applicant Tracking System data entry and maintenance
- Follow-up letters or emails to interviewees and past candidates
- Research using LinkedIn, Google, etc.
- Other tasks as needed or assigned
Compensation & Hours:
- Hourly Rate | DOE
- 20 hours per week, flexible schedule
