Seeking a dedicated professional who has managed a large sophisticated property. This is a large adult home and we are requiring someone who has experience in a similar setting. This home is equipped with the latest of technology for most systems (heating, ventilation, lighting, theater, swimming pool, security, elevator, etc) having some experience in overseeing the maintenance of these items would be helpful (we are not requiring hands-on experience, just familiarity).
There are many outside vendors to oversee: house cleaning crews, outdoor maintenance, gardeners, window washers, HVAC tech, pool maintenance, etc. You will be responsible for the communication and management of these vendors. Management of visitors and vendors coming on/off property, handing household accounts for invoices, maintaining household inventories, responsible for all non-personal laundry (guest bedrooms, guest towels, etc) plant care of all indoor plants, event planning, holiday décor and holiday gift wrapping, minor cleaning and tidying as needed daily, comfortable and experience caring for high end fabrics, fixtures and artwork.
