Los Altos Hills family of five ( three children, ages, 15 months, 12 yrs, and 6 yrs) is seeking a mature,warm, caring, professional nanny to join their team. Primary responsibilities include: keeping up with the growing needs of an energetic baby, (feed, take for walks, play, read books, bathe, etc). Ability to prepare healthful, fresh toddler meals is a must. Light cleanup duties will be needed (i.e. put toys away, load dishwasher, etc.).Evenings from 6:00pm-8:00pm, help with 2 older children, ages 12 & 6, dinner & bedtime routine. Coordinating activities and supervising transportation(candidates must be willing to use their own vehicle) to and from activities Must be dedicated to creating a playful, caring, safe, and inspiring atmosphere for the children. Flexibility in scheduling is required; travel will be required with the family on an as-needed basis( short trips, 2 days up to a week)

The family is seeking candidates who are refined, reliable, accountable, physically fit and healthy. Non-smokers only! Candidates should have the ability to multi-task, be able to accommodate the changing schedules of the family and remain always positive and calm.

Primary Responsibilities:

Organizing children’s play areas
Children’s laundry
Cooking simple and healthy meals for the child
Personal shopping/errands
Overnight care possible
Driving of children

Applicant Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ related experience working as a Nanny with a private family, excellent references
Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work overtime as needed
Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities
Physically agile; able to keep up with active children
Background in elementary education a plus
Knowledge of general first aid and CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Flexibility to travel with family as needed
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to speak English fluently
Must be able to make a long-term commitment
Able to work well in a team environment and have a very positive attitude

Salary/Benefits:

$25-$27-DOE
