Peter, the talented professional Chef, is looking for a new full-time position.

Peter has 4+ years’ experience as a Private Chef and 15+ years’¬†experience working in the restaurant industry. He has opened and operated a couple of his own restaurants, too!

Peter’s culinary style is seasonal, with Mediterranean and Italian influences.He has been shopping at local farmers markets for many years, especially in the East Bay. He goes beyond just buying local organic produce, he knows specifically which vendors have the best products, such as the carrots at Happy Boy, lettuces from Blue Heron, figs from Knoll Farm, etc.

He also travels to Italy every year in order to learn new culinary techniques!

Peter is an experienced butcher and loves curing meats. He is highly selective with where he sources his meat so he shops exclusively with local purveyors.
